Efficient heat and process heat for low running costs and emissions
The design of the UT-M boiler offers high efficiency for energy-optimised operation. Effective waste heat recovery sustainably reduces your carbon footprint thanks to fuel savings of up to 15%. Combined with condensing technology, the Bosch boiler offers an efficiency of up to 105%.
Compact design for easy positioning and quick heating
Despite its high performance, the Bosch heat generator is designed to save space and is also suitable for existing boiler houses. Its compact design offers several advantages, including rapid heating and high load dynamics. Its small outer surface and effective insulation guarantee excellent use of heat.
Flexible use for industrial, commercial and district heating applications
The UT-M offers excellent flexibility for process heat and heating applications with temperature levels of up to 190 °C. An output of more than 19 MW can be achieved when cascaded and automatically controlled using an intelligent sequence control circuit. The low permissible return flow temperature of at least 50 °C and a temperature difference of up to 50 K contribute to the high level of efficiency.
Project-specific control solutions and optional real-time monitoring
The CWC compact control or BCO boiler control for more complex operations offer a tailored control concept for your UT-M boiler system. These control devices are easy to integrate in your automation system. In addition, the protected Bosch MEC Remote access enables quick responses when necessary.
Complete system from a single source, low-emissions or CO2-neutral
The UT-M is delivered, according to your project-specific requirements, as a complete unit with equipment, burner and components such as the return flow temperature increase. This boiler is a future-proof energy system with very low emissions and is also available with climate-neutral fuel including hydrogen, bio-oil or biogas.
Proven and maintenance-friendly construction for a long service life and reliability
The applied three-pass principle boasts excellent reliability and a long service life. The Bosch boiler offers resilient operation thanks to its symmetrically arranged heating surfaces. A fully hinged boiler door and easy accessibility simplify maintenance and service work, thereby reducing downtime.

The double-flame tube design of the UT-HZ offers total flexibility in the high power range from 13,000 to 38,000 kW at up to 30 bar. Two independent firing units and flue gas paths create a double control range for individual heat consumption.
