Float switches

Monitored levels are fundamental for an optimum operating status. If, in addition to level measurement, an alarm or other function is to be triggered in the event a specific level is exceeded or not reached, float switches are used. A float will switch a reed contact, and thereby the desired devices such as horns, pumps, or valves. Here, too, JUMO creates customer-specific solutions with the usual high production depth.

Level Transmitters

When it comes to transmitters, JUMO offers many high-quality devices for the level measurement of various measuring ranges and media. Through floats and pressure transmitters, different flexible solutions are available. Special requirements, such as communication interfaces with HART (R), explosion protection [Ex i and Ex d], shipbuilding, railroad application, SIL, or stringent standards for hygiene will likewise be taken into account.

The horizontal float switch can be easily mounted, e.g. on the side of a tank wall. Due to its construction it is suitable for the minimum and maximum limit level of liquids (MIN/MAX level). Level transmitter via float
