Most Weishaupt burners today use digital controls for display, operation, error identification along with the ability to integrate various input and output signals.
Each type of controller will be used for certain burner lines. Therefore, for ease of operation, it is necessary to distinguish the type of controller you are using.
W-FM controller 05/10.
The W-FM 05/10 controller is used for single-stage/two-stage burners using fuel gas or DO oil.
This controller does not have a display screen but only indicator lights. This light will show the status of the burner and read the error code the device is experiencing through the number of times the light flashes

W-FM 20/25 controller
The W-FM 20/25 controller is used for two-stage -W series burners using DO oil fuel, or stepless or two-stage sliding fuel.

The W-FM 25 controller is an improvement from the out of production W-FM 20 controller generation. So upgrading to the new generation W-FM 25 is necessary for stable operation.
