WGL30-40 Compact Dual-Fuel Burners
The Weishaupt WGL30-40 compact dual-fuel burners (70 - 550 kW) Weishaupt dual-fuel burners offer the flexibility of gas or oil-fired operation. In normal operation, gas is generally used as the main fuel. Remote fuel easily effected via the optional field bus expansion module.

Digital combustion management ensures that the burner only produces as much heat as the boiler needs. The oil pump is driven by a separate motor and is disconnected when the burner is firing on gas, which preserves the pump and saves electrical energy. The electronically controlled air damper closes fully on shutdown to prevent cooling of the combustion chamber.
Weishaupt dual-fuel burners are suitable for Class D and Class A2 gas oil per BS 2869 (fuel oil EL and low-sulphur fuel oil EL per DIN 51603-1), and blended gas oil with a biogenic admixture of up to 20.9 % (fuel oil EL A Bio), which can be optionally increased to up to 30.9 %. Paraffinic gas oil (fuel oil EL P per DIN/TS 51603-8) can also be used. On the gas side, natural gas E, natural gas LL, and LPG B/P can be used with hydrogen blends of up to 20 vol%.

The air inlet housing is sound attenuated, which results in a noticible reduction in noise Emissions.

The specially developed Mixing assembly works with lower gas connection pressures. That makes it possible to use smaller-diameter valve trains.
The Combustion manager's integrated connection console and its coded and numerically labelled plugs leave no room for doubt. They enable components to be removed quickly, reduce maintenance work, and prevent connection errors. Simple and perfect!
