Weishaupt is setting new benchmarks for compact burners by offering VSD and O2 trim as options. The features are available on WL30 and WL40 burners, saving energy with staged load control. In addition, the O2 trim continually monitors and optimises combustion. Safety doesn't get more affordable than this.
Low-NOx technology has been standard on Weishaupt W-series power gas burners for a long time now. Clean combustion and the lowest possible NOx figures have always been a focus, but – and this is crucial – key Weishaupt characteristics, such as reliable start behaviour, for example, or the same inspection intervals, also had to be maintained.
Weishaupt oil burners are suitable for Class D and Class A2 gas oil per BS 2869 (fuel oil EL and low-sulphur fuel oil EL per DIN 51603-1), and blended gas oil with a biogenic admixture of up to 20.9 % (fuel oil EL A Bio), which can be optionally increased to up to 30.9 %. Paraffinic gas oil (fuel oil EL P per DIN/TS 51603-8) can also be used.

The special matching of the flame geometry to the Heat generator 's combustion chamber is every Weishaupt burner's recipe for success. It allows customized use on different heat generators, such as air heaters or steam boilers.
The air inlet housing is sound attenuated, which results in a noticible reduction in noise.
The Combustion manager 's integrated connection console and its coded and numerically labelled plugs leave no room for doubt. They enable components to be removed quickly, reduce maintenance work, and prevent connection errors. Simple and perfect!

The W-FM25 digital Combustion manager with its optional Modbus/ field bus module offers the possibility of communication with other systems, enabling the burner to be integrated with building management and other automation systems. Industry standards, like remote control, monitoring, and fault diagnosis, are well understood by Weishaupt.

These gas burners represent the ultimate in reliability and safety – of particular importance to schools, hospitals, bakeries, and paintshops, but equally of benefit to all applications, including residential buildings large or small.
The Weishaupt WGL30-40 compact dual-fuel burners (70 - 550 kW) Weishaupt dual-fuel burners offer the flexibility of gas or oil-fired operation. In normal operation, gas is generally used as the main fuel. Remote fuel easily effected via the optional field bus expansion module.
