AMTHF series

The devices of AMTHF series are available with 2, 3, or 4 switching steps as temperature controllers (TR) and temperature monitors (TW). The sequence contact gap of the individual switching steps in Kelvin is adjusted in a fixed manner according to customer requirements per default.

The frost protection thermostat is used on the air part of air-conditioning systems, heat exchangers, heating registers, and similar units to protect them against frost damage and freezing. Applications include in building automation and the ventilation and air-conditioning industry.

Frost protection thermostat

The product monitors the temperature in ventilation and air-conditioning systems. It has a small switching differential and a high level of reproducibility. The AT version allows mounting on the wall; the DR version is suitable for DIN-rail mounting.

The product is available as temperature controller (TR), temperature monitor (TW) (type 602030), safety temperature monitor (STW), or as a safety temperature limiter (STB) (type 602031). The panel-mounted thermostat is RoHS-compliant and cadmium-free.

The JUMO heatTHERM-DR (design type 7+8) type is a specific variation with a special case bottom section for DIN rail or wall mounting. As a result, easy installation on mounting rails TH35 according to DIN EN 60715 (e.g. in control cabinets) is possible.

The 3-phase JUMO heatTHERM P300 can switch outputs up to 480 V at 30 A. All phases are disconnected from the power grid simultaneously here. The device is a safety temperature limiter (STB) and sets the system being monitored to a safe operating status in the event of a malfunction.

The surface-mounted thermostat is available as a single or double thermostat with capillary or rigid thermowell. A microswitch is used as the electrical switching element. The device operates according to the principle of liquid expansion. It is available as a temperature monitor, safety temperature monitor, and safety temperature limiter. Additional thermowells allow use in zone 0.

The electronic thermostat for DIN rail mounting has been especially developed for temperature control and monitoring. RTD temperature probes, thermocouples, current signals, and special temperature probes that are used in railroad technology can be connected to the measurement input. The intuitively operated device is optionally available as a PID two-state controller.

Electronic cooling controller

The JUMO eTRON M100 is an electronic cooling controller for use in cold-storage rooms, display refrigerators, or refrigerating counters to be connected to RTD temperature probes. The first measurement input acquires the temperature of the cold-storage room. The second measurement input acquires the temperature of the vaporizer.
