Flow

The product range for flow measurement technology includes devices with features just as versatile as their applications. In addition to electromagnetic flowmeters the JUMO product range includes paddlewheel and flow sensors as well as differential pressure transmitters. The right solution is avaible for every application whether you want to measure the flow of gases, liquids, or sludges.
Precision flow measurement for continuous monitoring and controlling
JUMO helps you safely design your process technology with sensors known for their long-term stability and precision. Depending on the application, we can offer you the right flowmeters for liquids, gases, or vapors. If adjusted to the corresponding evaluation devices and controllers, the devices allow the flow to be measured, displayed, controlled, or recorded.
The JUMO product range comprises a wide range of devices. Orifice plates and Pitot probes offer the greatest device variety. When these are combined with differential pressure transmitters they also provide the best measuring accuracy.
We offer both electromagnetic and ultrasonic flowmeters specifically for flow measurements in liquids. The magnetic-inductive devices were developed for industrial and hygienic applications. They are particularly flexible and available with a large variety of nominal widths, measuring tube linings, materials, and process connections.
While the magnetic-inductive measuring method requires conductivity, ultrasonic devices also measure the flow of non-conductive media such as ultra-pure water. Our ultrasonic sensors can even be used with corrosive media thanks to their tube being made of high-performance plastic and a wide range of nominal widths.

For flow sensors
With the assistance of the fittings, the push-in devices MID flow transmitter (type 406010 & 406011) and the paddlewheel flow sensor (type 406020) are integrated into the pipe. In addition to the T-fittings for screw connection, welded sockets and pipe clamps are available.

Ultrasonic flowmeter
Absolut wear and maintenance-free ultrasonic technology allows the flowmeter to measure with high precision and independent of the conductivity. It can also be extended with temperature and pressure sensors. The device can be integrated into sensor networks via JUMO digiLine or IO-Link interface. Configuration is convenient via Bluetooth and app.

Electromagnetic flowmeter
The JUMO flowTRANS MAG H20 is an electromagnetic flowmeter for industrial automation. Its compact design allows it to fit into the smallest plants (dosing systems, apparatus cooling) and to measure conductive media with a high degree of precision. TRI-Clamps allow process-oriented use in the hygienic industry. The usual G-type external threads are available as well.
