Multichannel controller module

 

The multichannel controller module can be used for up to 4 PID control channels (cascadable). The standard version includes 2 high-quality universal analog inputs, 2 digital inputs (DC 0/24 V), and 2 digital outputs as relays with normally open contact (AC 230 V, 3 A) or as logic output (DC 0/15 V).

Analog input module 8-channel

The analog input module 8-channel has 8 analog inputs for RTD temperature probes in a two-wire circuit, and 1 digital input (DC 0/24 V). The analog inputs are not galvanically isolated from each other.

Analog output module 4-channel

The analog output module 4-channel is equipped with 4 outputs. The output signal, 0(2) to 10 V or 0(4) to 20 mA, can be configured individually for each channel. The analog outputs are controlled via the system bus.

Router module

The router module allows the automation system to be assigned freely and in a decentralized manner. The input and output modules can therefore be distributed across several DIN rails/control cabinets. The router modules can each be placed at distance of up to 100 m to one another/to the basic system.

The relay module provides 4 relay outputs, which are controlled via the system bus by digital signals (assignment in the connection list or directly by the PLC). Each relay output is equipped with a changeover contact AC 230 V/3 A.

Module for JUMO variTRON automation system

The module offers 32 channels. Of these, 17 are configured as digital outputs by default. Up to 3 option cards with 5 channels each can be used to add digital inputs and outputs. The digital input signals can be further processed in the JUMO variTRON central unit. The digital outputs forward signals that are transmitted by the system bus.

Module for automation system JUMO variTRON

The 2-port router module extends the central unit of the JUMO variTRON automation system by 2 system bus outputs. In this way, the system bus can be transmitted to router modules 3-port (705042) on other DIN rails in the same or in other control cabinets at a distance of up to 100 m. This makes it possible to distribute input and output modules and to decentralize the automation system.

The router module 1-port is a system component of the JUMO variTRON automation system. The module 1-port is primarily used together with a variTRON 300 central processing unit. It laterally provides the system bus output and power supply for connecting the input and output modules.

With the 3-port router module, you can arrange the JUMO variTRON automation system in a decentralized and free way. It enables input and output modules to be distributed over several DIN rails or control cabinets. A maximum distance of 100 m is possible between 2 router modules or between the central unit and the router module.
